Excellent 30-60 minute video podcasts from one of the best EM and point-of-care ultrasound centers in the world, headed by Dr. Chris Fox.  Look for both Emergency Ultrasound, UCIMC, and Medical Student (MS) pages in iTunes.



Also a great site for focused podcasts by Drs. Matt Dawson (U Kentucky) and Mike Mallin (U Utah). 




This is Ultrasound section of the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine.  Has several links to all things ultrasound as well as an online video series. Some content require an account to access.

AIUM is the largest professional group for practitioners of ultrasound, counting physicians of all specialties as well as sonographers as members. This link is to the Emergency and Critical Care section within AIUM. Some content require an account to access.



ASE University is a great resource for learning advanced echocardiography. While there is some content that requires membership, there are a lot of echocardiography guidelines that can be accessed for free.
